Documentation from a physician has been provided to Airbnb, granting an exemption. Violations may result in a $1,000 fine. Booking Requirements: Guests must provide a government-issued photo ID, names and dates of birth for all guests, and signed liability waivers for all adults and minors. Guest access Guests do not have access to the following: -Lower garage. -Attic. -Storage & utility rooms. -Bedroom 2 also has a second locked closet used to store our spare linens. Other things to note We cannot accommodate pets or service animals. We’ve provided documentation from our physician detailing our family’s severe allergies to the hair and dander produced by dogs, cats, and horses and have therefore been granted an exemption by AirBnB. This exemption states that due to the extensive health threat the presence of an animal would pose to our family, we cannot be forced to accommodate any animals, including those in service to guests in our family home. If a reservation fails to disclose the presence of an animal, and brings one to our property, they will be asked to leave immediately without refund. If the presence of an animal and violation of our house rules is uncovered following the departure of a reservation, we will charge a $1,000 fine, pre-authorized by AirBnB, to cover the cost of flushing the HVAC system, replacing common area pillows and throws, replacing affected bedding, and deep cleaning the home to remove all hair and dander prior to our family’s return to our home.
