The space Step inside and be greeted by a full gamut of amenities, including luxurious linens, towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and TVs with streaming services. The spacious bedrooms offer ample space for relaxation, while the bathrooms ensure everyone can freshen up in peace and comfort. The lower level includes an in-law suite with bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Just outside the bedroom is a kitchenette and great room with a 75" TV and sleeper sofa. From the sliding glass door, guests can step outside to the back patio with direct access to the Sparks Marina Loop walking path. The 1st floor features a large, open floor plan kitchen, laundry room, dining area, living room with fireplace and TV, and a balcony with panoramic views of the lake and mountains. The 2nd floor includes two bedrooms connected by a shared balcony, and a full bathroom just across a short hallway. Bedroom 1 includes two twin size beds. Bedroom 2 features a king size bed and 50" TV. The top floor is dedicated to the oversized master bedroom with gorgeous views from all windows. It includes a dedicated workspace and sitting area. Kick back with a good book while you gaze outside at the lake and mountains. The master bathroom features a large tub, shower, and double sink vanity. The outdoor spaces, which include side and back patios, can be accessed from the side gate just to the right of the front door or via the glass sliding door on the basement level. The back patio features cushioned outdoor seating with a gas fire table (with a wind screen). You can enjoy outdoor dining on the side patio with overhead string lighting and large, 8-seat, dining table. Kid friendly! The house includes a pack-n-play with blankets, a high chair, basinet, and a selection of kids toys and books. Guest access Guests will have full access to the the house and patio areas. The Sparks Marina Loop Trail is a popular 2.0 mile, multi-use, walking/biking path the wraps around the entire lake. It is easily accessible through a gate, just off the back patio. You'll see people walking dogs, running, biking, scooting and more. Other things to note While not fully accessible, this house does have an indoor elevator with stops at the basement, kitchen/living room, and master bedroom levels. Guests are welcome to use the elevator for added convenience. Once you enter the house, there is a short flight of stairs necessary in order to reach the elevator. Please take that into account if anyone in your party has mobility issues or you have heavier items that will be needed on the upper levels. Celebrating a special occasion? Make it a surprise.
