Step inside to find an open-concept main level with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and cozy living space—ideal for sharing meals, playing games, or winding down after a day outdoors. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, so you can cook with ease or bring back carryout from one of Ottawa’s many local restaurants. This home is designed across three levels, giving each guest a comfortable place to recharge: Lower Level: A poker room with a queen Murphy bed for extra sleeping space, plus a private king suite with ensuite bath. Second Floor: The main gathering space with kitchen, dining, living room, and outdoor access, along with the master bedroom featuring a king bed and ensuite bath. Third Floor: A fun-filled bunk room with three twin-over-queen bunk beds and its own full bath—perfect for kids, cousins, or friends to share. Step out onto the decks to enjoy morning coffee, evening cocktails, or just a quiet moment soaking in the fresh air. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit for stargazing and conversation before retreating inside for a restful night. Interaction with Guests Our team is available to answer questions, provide local recommendations, and ensure your stay is seamless from start to finish from 9am to 5pm. You’ll enjoy the privacy of a vacation rental with the peace of mind of on-site support. House Rules Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 7 AM. Events, parties, and tents are not permitted. No smoking. No pets (applies to all animals). A $300 fine will be applied for violations. Professionally Managed Port Place Paradise is proudly managed by Harbor Inn Vacation Rentals, a locally owned and operated hospitality team based right here at Heritage Harbor. Other things to note Must be 25 years of age to reserve a room. Payment When making a new reservation, a 50% deposit will be charged at booking time to hold your reservation. 14 days prior to arrival, the remaining balance of your reservation will be charged to the card we have on file. If you would prefer to use an alternate credit card, please call our office. If the arrival date is within 14 days of the date you are making the reservation, the full reservation amount will be due at booking time. Acceptable forms of payment are VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cancellation & Refund Policies Reservations canceled 14 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund of the advance deposit. Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival date will forfeit the advance deposit. Some promotions, specials or packages may have modified cancellation polices. Please review the rate details, terms and conditions at the time of reservation. All cancellation charges are plus tax and applicable fees. Minimum Stays Saturdays require a minimum two night stay (Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday) Most national holidays require a three night stay.
