Park your vehicle in the driveway or in the garage (additional free parking across the street). Relax and unwind under the covered, private patio with a cozy fire pit and beautiful trees. Boulder, Colorado is surrounded by the majestic FlatIrons and many Fourteeners, so there is much outdoor beauty to explore. Please don't worry about your laundry, that can be done later on "quick cycle", using the private, indoor washer and dryer. Take a quick stroll thru the private Gunbarrel Commons Park (0.2 miles) or the Twin Lakes trailhead (0.9 miles). The Runner or Bicycling enthusiast will enjoy an approximately (5 mile) run/ride to Boulder Reservoir via the LoBo Trail (the awesome trail that connects Boulder to Longmont with no riding/running on the street). Back to the condo, just steps away is a relaxing hot tub that is calling your name, under the stars or snow, open year-round (best kept secret, not many use it!). Also there is a seasonal swimming pool, open May thru September. TRANSPORTATION: Bus-stop with a covered-bench, located right behind the condo (the bus stop is slightly visible out the Master-bedroom window). Use the short-trail and turn left, (north) on the sidewalk. Quick and easy. GEN4 E-SCOOTERS: Typically parked or lying on sidewalks for use. They are quite affordable for short distance rides, only a $1.00 to unlock and .15 cents per minute. GUNBARREL SHOPPING CENTER: (0.9 miles ) includes a King Soopers grocery store, a gas station, coffee shops, a liquor store, restaurants, and a bar. Walkable from the condo. SHOPPING ENTHUSIASTS: 29th street mall (5.0 miles) free parking garage daily. The famous Pearl Street outdoor mall, (6.3 miles) with free parking on Sunday. FAVORITE EATS: On Pearl Street you can enjoy Wonder Press (best juice bar in Boulder), Pasta Jays (across from Wonder Press), Wild Pastures (plant based burgers and more).
