Excellent for that quiet get away to rejuvenate yourself and finally get that novel finished. The space This fully self-catering one-bedroom apartment offers complete privacy and a well-equipped kitchen and dining space. The living and entertainment area includes a flat-screen TV, an Android box, and WiFi. With private off-road parking, it can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests in a bedroom with a king-size bed. The bedroom is equipped with a standing fan. Air conditioning is solely available in the bedroom . The bathroom features a beautifully tiled shower, and a washing machine is conveniently located on the patio at the apartment entrance. While there is no clothes dryer, clothes can be dried on a clothes horse on the patio or on a clothesline in the backyard. The spacious patio provides a partial view of the sea, offering visitors the feeling of a home away from home! Discounts for stays longer than 7 nights and 1 month. Guest access The entire external grounds, access stairway and your designated apartment. Roof gardens are not accessible. Other things to note Few things to note: a) The apartment has only one bedroom. There is a king size bed. b) Unfortunately there is no wheelchair access. c) There is no land line telephone in the apartment. d) High speed wireless internet is available and included in rental fee e) Check out is 12:00pm on the day of departure. f) There is a steep hill that one has to walk up when coming from the beach and bus stops. Several past tenants have complained about its steepness.
