This cozy little updated lake home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Come enjoy the quiet channel life on Johnson's Bay. Rent our Bennington pontoon boat and go have fun on the water and at the sandbar! The flagstone patio has a new Weber gas grill and fire table. This cottage offers fantastic views. There is also a gazebo located down by the dock for your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Have fun with the whole family at our cozy cottage. Two kayaks are available to use. The space The Boathouse cottage is located on Lake Wawasee on Johnson's Bay. Enjoy the gazebo down by the pier, or the flagstone patio on the upper tier by the cottage. We are pet friendly up to one dog. There is a $150 pet fee. Guest access The whole cottage. Other things to note Please use consideration of the check out time. Our house cleaners need guests to be out of the cottage at 10am, no later. This gives them time to clean not only our cottage but other AirBNB's they have booked for the day. Also be mindful of the pontoon rental, if you decide to rent it for lake use. Do not leave your trash on the boat, stains on the vinyl seating, etc. You will be charged additional cleaning fees if this is the case. Also, regarding the cottage, please strip linens off any beds that are used so the cleaning crew knows which rooms to clean, take the trash out and don't leave any dirty dishes in the sink.
