No pets are allowed on any of the furniture at any time. Pets must never be left alone in the house unless crated. You must clean up after your pet. Please note: Limewood Beach (0.1 miles, 2 min) END OF ROAD. The Limewood beach area above the tide line is private property, and guests who enter this area may be asked to leave by the property owners or security. However, the area from the tide line down to the water is public and you’re welcome to enjoy it. Please be mindful of this boundary to avoid any issues. Misc. Self check-in/checkout with keypad Checkin 3:00 p.m./Checkout 10:00 a.m. (we can not accommodate late checkouts during peak season) Gather in the outside lounge area as the sun sets, sharing stories and toasting marshmallows under the starry sky. GUEST IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED Guests may be asked to complete a Clear ID verification before check-in. If this is not completed, the entry code will not be provided, and the reservation will be subject to cancellation with no refund. FALSIFIED RESERVATION Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of the reservation deposit, damage deposit, and/or balance of rental payment. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. The maximum number of guests or visitors for this house, as indicated in the listing, should be honored at all times, day or night. These are cause for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home to future guests, exposing you to liability.
