One King bed, 3 twin beds, queen bed, 2 pull out queen sofa bed, and portable rolling twin. Peace and quiet just minutes away from the city yet still comfortable. The home is close to many restaurants, grocery stores, banks, gas stations, and main hospital (1/2-2+miles). There are creeks and lakes locally to fish, parks, and outdoor trails. Beaches approx. 45 mins The space Sometimes we all need an extra holiday! So many extras included with this home! The home is stocked with Keurig coffee pods, tea, hot chocolate, regular coffee and filters, filtered water and ice available from refrigerator and so much more. Oversized pool with private Florida room. Pool is not heated:) The beds have highly rated mattress’s, higher thread count sheets, and pillows for your comfort. One of the twin beds is portable . Please see pictures. The Washer and dryer are newer units with quick wash/dry available, basic detergent available. There is basic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available if needed. The Kitchen has all modern appliances and most basic cooking utensils including: silverware, cups, plates, bowls, pots, pans, baking sheets, pizza pan, noodle strainer, spatulas, mixer, etc:) The home is an amazing place to stay for families coming to town or workers who want a nice place to relax. Approximately 1800 sq ft to use between the 1500 sq ft home and 300 sq ft of additional outdoor space to relax in the garage or back porch. Amazing Backyard with a standard charcoal grill stored in the garage. PLEASE only use grill outdoors and not in porch/garage to avoid smoke/heat damage. Driveway can park up to 4 coupe/sedan sized cars, and one car additional in front of home. There is a 2 car garage with laundry room that can fit up to 1 couple/sedan as well if needed. Security Camera on front of home and back left corner showing storage, driveway, and back of pool to make sure water level is correct. Pets (dogs) are allowed ($100+tax minimum fee) with a pet fee of 50.00 per pet per day+tax, $250+tax a week, or $500+tax a month per pet. Only 1 pet allowed. Any more than 1 pet must be approved by host before booking. Bully breeds are not allowed Please cover furniture and guard against the pet smell with proper grooming **There is still an additional $100 cleaning fee per cleaning schedule for service/ESA as the extra cleaning type needed to prevent allergies, hair, sheets, couches etc. required for future guests. Additional Fee may occur if excessive shedding/pet fur is left after departure. PLEASE NOTE: If you have young children there are some basic cleaning supplies stored under the kitchen sink and supplies or tools in the garage so please take proper precautions when necessary.
