This is a 1 bedroom + loft cabin and the loft overlooks the main living space. The one bathroom is located in the master. Located in close proximity to Dollywood, The Island and all the excitement Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer. You'll have easy access to thrilling rides, live entertainment, shopping and dining options! The space ~8 minutes to Dollywood ~15 minutes to The Island ~25 minutes to Gatlinburg/Anakeesta Key Features: ☀ King bedroom on main level (sleeps 2), two built in twin beds in loft (designed for two children, beds are 38” by 74” with 200 lbs max weight per bed) ☀ One bathroom with shower, toilet and sink (no bathtub) located in master bedroom ☀ Gorgeous open concept living space with long range mountain views ☀ Electric fireplace to stay cozy on those cooler evenings ☀ Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and coffee bar ☀ High top dining table with seating for 4 ☀ Two large Roku Smart TVs in master bedroom and living room. Bring your own logins for streaming apps (no local cable channels). ☀ Loft area includes foosball table + Pacman arcade. Board games and cards on main level ☀ Breath-taking outdoor space with separate patio for 4-person hot tub (optional privacy screen) and rockers surrounded by string lights and long range mountain views. ☀ Park style charcoal grill + grilling utensils ☀ Cabin is 650 sq feet of which the loft area is 150 sq feet. Steps are required to access. ☀ Central heating + air conditioning, free high speed internet ☀ Laundry closet with new GE Profile combo washer/dryer ☀ PLEASE READ: While there are no steep roads to the cabin neighborhood, the driveway to this cabin is extremely steep (see picture). There is flat parking at the top with ample room to turn around. Additionally, there is a flat parking spot at the base of the driveway. Reach out to the host with any questions prior to booking. PLEASE READ: 1. Fresh linens and towels provided as well as a starter pack of k-cups, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent. Hair dryer included in bathroom. 2. Hot Tub: The hot tub is drained, sanitize, and refilled with fresh water before every guest's arrival. Chemicals are added and balanced. Due to the high volume of fresh water, the heating process may still be underway at check-in. Depending on the outdoor temperature, reaching +100°F may take until late evening or overnight. We appreciate your patience as we prioritize hot tub hygiene. 3. Outdoor surveillance has three cameras on site; one facing the front deck (doorbell camera), one facing the driveway and front steps (floodlight camera) and one facing the back parking area/backyard (floodlight camera). 4. Signature on the rental agreement is required for booking. The terms in the rental agreement are not negotiable so please inquire if you'd like to read it before booking. Check in details, including the cabin access code, will not be provided until this step is complete 5. Use of crawl space is not permitted. 6. A late check out fee of $100 per every 30 minutes past 10:00am EST will be assessed to guests who do not check out on time. Standard check out time is 10:00am EST. 7. Host promptly responds daily between 9am and 9pm. Messages outside these hours may experience a longer response time. Guest access Each guest will be provided a unique custom access code to the front door. Code will be generated and communicated at least 48 hours before check in. Other things to note Location – This cabin is located in the Sevierville City Limits Water/Septic – This cabin is on city water and city sewer Roads/Driveway – There are no steep or curvy roads to get to the neighborhood, however the driveway to this cabin is very steep. There is flat parking at the top and ample room to turn around. Please review the pictures and contact the host with any questions. Security Cameras There are three outdoors cameras located on-site. The doorbell camera faces the front deck. The first floodlight camera faces the driveway and front steps. The second floodlight camera faces the parking area behind the cabin and the back yard. These cameras are monitored regularly. To ensure your privacy, there are no cameras facing the hot tub area. Wildlife and Critters Although this cabin is in the Sevierville city limits, it is still likely there will be wildlife and critters around. The cabin is treated by a licensed pest control service monthly, but there remains a possibility that a critter could make its way inside. Lady bugs sometimes make their way onto the main level but are harmless. There is a possibility that you’ll encounter black bear, snakes, spiders, and other wildlife during your stay. Please take care not to leave food or trash outside and dispose of your trash in the dumpsters at the end of the driveway. Holidays No check-in/check-out on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day.
