This family and pet-friendly home is within walking distance of the community playground, dog park, basketball courts, and soccer field. The main house includes kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, workspace, 2 bathrooms and a laundry area. Other things to note A landscaping crew will do maintenance and lawn care outside the house. For those guests who stay longer than 2 days, they should know watering of the grass and bushes will be done in both the front yard and back yard. We will do our best to coordinate times that are convenient for the guest. When it is hot in the summer, landscaping water must be consistent with draught conditions/regulations.
