Sip your favorite cocktail and grab a bite to eat poolside with friends and family. The Tiki Bar area also offers comfortable lounge seating, perfect for larger groups to gather. The community also features a swimming beach with a beach house, paddle boats, kayaks, a miniature golf course, restaurants, a market place, basketball courts, playgrounds, horse stables with pony rides and riding lessons, fitness center with personal trainer classes, fishing opportunities and much more. Ski Big Bear is located within the same community as the home, which features skiing, snow boarding, and snow tubing across 18 trails. Guest passes provide a discounted rate for lift tickets. The home is also in close proximity to recreational parks, hiking, fishing, biking, shopping, fine dining, water parks, and more. Bedroom 1: 2 Full over Full Bunk Beds + Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: King Bed Bedroom 4: Queen Bed + Full Bed Bedroom 5: Queen Bed + Queen Bed Bedroom 6: Queen Bed Living Area 1: Couch Living Area 2: Couch Living Area 3: Love Seat (We also keep a queen air mattress on premises if needed ) All beds have new mattresses with fresh linens. Working air conditioning and heat via central air throughout the house. COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Guest passes provide access to all amenities in the community. Passes are not required if not using the amenities. ** Guest passes may be obtained directly at the welcome center for a fee of $10 per person, per day. Passes cannot be used on the day of check out. OUTDOOR LIVING: Deck #1: Features a gas grill and an outdoor lounge area. Deck #2: Features outdoor netted seating for the whole family with a lounge area as well. Backyard is equipped with a fire pit, children’s playground, hammock, oversized connect four game and plenty of space. KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, drip coffee maker, dishware/flatware, full knife set, blender, tea kettle, microwave, and stainless steel appliances. Cooking oil, salt, and pepper is not provided. Must call ahead for an appointment for riding lessons or for free pony rides. Call to reserve rides and private lessons. Calls are accepted as early as 3:30pm on Sundays for a reservation for the upcoming week. Petting zoo is open Wednesday - Sunday. Reservations are not required to visit the ZOO.
