The space Skyview Retreat is a brand new condo in an amazing location, with breathtaking mountain views from your private viewing deck. Parking: Dedicated parking stall onsite means that you can leave your vehicle behind and enjoy walking around Canmore without worrying about finding a parking spot! Parking stall is located in a surface lot within the complex. Kitchen: Designed with both elegance and functionality in mind, this kitchen is more than just a space to prepare meals; it's a haven for culinary exploration and social gatherings. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast to fuel a day of adventure or preparing a family dinner, you will find everything you need at your finger tips. Dining: Enjoy making memories together with this open concept dining area that can comfortably seat four. Living: Beautifully designed living room to ensure relaxation after a long day of adventuring. Turn on the smart TV for convenient streaming and then cozy up to gas fireplace with a glass of your favourite beverage. Sleeping: The two bedrooms are located on their own level, providing great privacy and spaciousness to the space. The primary has a comfortable Queen bed with an oversized window to let all the light and views in. The second bedroom has a double bed and nice window for natural light. Bathroom: The condo boasts 1.5 bathrooms. On the lower level there is beautiful 3pc bath with a luxurious walk in shower and also a 2pc ensuite in the primary bedroom. The upper level has a convenient 2pc bath. Fluffy towels and premium toiletries await, ensuring a pampered experience. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and Hand Wash are supplied. Laundry: Quality full-size washer and dryer conveniently located within the suite with complimentary laundry detergent. Canmore Rental Management is a Canmore-based vacation rental company. Driving Times: * Lake Louise - 55minutes * Banff – 20 minutes * Emerald Lake – 1hr20 * Calgary Int’l Airport – 1hr30 Other things to note HOUSE RULES *No smoking/vaping of any kind inside the house and please leave property to smoke cigarettes. Improperly disposed of cigarettes can spark a forest fire. *No Pets, No Parties, No Candles, No Unregistered Guests. *Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am. Please be mindful of your neighbours. *Please remove all footwear at the door. *No Bikes, Skis or Snowboards allowed inside. *Please notify us if something breaks or stops working. CANCELLATION POLICY - MODERATE *Full refund for cancellations up to 5 days before check-in. *Cancelling later, the guest is responsible for all nights the guest stays, plus an extra night & 50% of any unused nights.
