Relax with the whole family in this peaceful, charming, 3-bedroom townhome in enchanting North Topsail Beach with several amenities. The space Enjoy the sunrise view while sipping your favorite beverage and enjoy the ocean view from the front porch! Close to wedding venues, museum, water shuttle, golf course, historic tours, sightseeing adventures, nature trail walking. etc. The backyard is fully fenced for you and your dog (no cats allowed). Please clean up after your pets when they go on the property. No smoking anywhere of any type of product on the property. Our home has decks on the front and the back and is on pilings so you will need to walk up one flight of stairs. The rest of the home is on one level. Open living area, dining area, sitting area and kitchen are all accessible to guests. Guests are welcome to use all kitchen appliances. The home is equipped with a full kitchen, along with seating for 8 in the dining area just in case you don't want to eat out. Outside games including a shuffleboard are provided underneath the cottage along with a picnic table, a grill, and a hot and cold outside shower. The first bedroom is located off the kitchen area and has Bunk Beds and a Trundle bed. It shares a bathroom with the second bedroom featuring a Queen bed and access to back deck (also a twin roll away bed is available for an additional charge). The master bedroom features a King-sized bed, a private shower, as well as access to back deck. Each room has a flat-screen TV. The bright and cheerful décor will set the mood for the perfect vacation. Linens, and towels and wash cloths for each guest are provided. Beach chairs, umbrella, toys and games are available for use in outside storage. Smart TV w/ Firestick Netflix/Hulu/Amazon apps available for guest using their own account (just sign out after!) Surf City: 20 mins Jacksonville, NC: 30 mins Camp Lejeune, NC: 35 mins Wilmington, NC: 1 hour Raleigh, NC: 2.5 hours Charlotte, NC: 4.5 hours Also located within convenient distance to both Wilmington International Airport (ILM) and Jacksonville’s Albert J. Ellis (OAJ) Airport. Both are served by major airlines. Raleigh Durham (RDU) is located a little over two hours away. Proximity to restaurants and grocery store (15 minutes away). If you are looking for a place to unwind and connect with friends/family, Bash Cove is it! Our home is a duplex which means we share a common wall with the other home. Please be respectful of our neighbors and guests in the other duplex. When outside please make sure you try to keep your voices and music down after 9pm. Quiet hours after 10p. Use the public access to the beach. The driveway directly across the street is private property and not a public beach access. Walk left or right about two houses down for public beach access or walk a little less than half a mile to ORV Beach Access for additional beach area with the ability to drive your vehicle on the sand. Guest access You have access to the entire house. Other things to note The town of North topsail Beach Charges a fee for 4x4 access and parking. 4x4 access is less than 1/8 mi. Parking is right next to it. Public beach access is 180 ft or so to the right and left. There is a Tiki Bar and mart within walking distance.
