Everything in the property, and all the furnishings, are brand new. 🌵 Please note, being in the desert, and in a rural area, there is a small possibility of seeing common desert creatures. Be aware when you are outside and stay out of weeds and bushes. 🚘 The last 2 miles of the drive are gravel and in some places bumpy. No special vehicle is required to traverse the roads.
