This charming 1910 Family Reunion Home in the heart of DeLand’s Historic District is just adjacent to Stetson University and a block from downtown. Other things to note NOTE REGARDING MINIMUM STAY: The City of DeLand has asked us to amend our minumum stay to 30+ days until the city council can consider its policy.
