Ozello Riverfront Rendezvous

Located in the tranquil Ozello Keys this is a beautiful pet-friendly island home on St. Marten's River. Use our kayaks, or go fishing right from the dock. Enjoy a relaxing hot tub- perfect for sunrises and sunsets! The dock has a fish cleaning station and a crab basket. Guest are welcome to bring a boat and tie-up at the dock, but only shallow-draft boats can navigate the local waters. Boat launch at the marina across the street. Buy bait, tackle, beer with fishing, scallop & airboat tours. The space Find 2 bedrooms upstairs with full bath. One room a king-size bed, the other a queen-size. Both rooms have TVs with internet and cable and both have Arcadia-style sliding glass doors out to the east-facing (think sunrises) Florida room which also has a convertible couch for another double bed. This climate controlled room has brand new impact windows, flooring, portable A/C and a heater making it ideal for use as an additional bedroom, use for indoor activities or watching the dolphins from the top floor. On the main floor find the kitchen, a large island/bar, the dining room, and the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with new matching LG appliances and all utensils and cookware- and the center island is perfect for meals and entertaining. There is a very comfy queen size air-bed that goes in the corner of the dining room--let the host know whether you'll need it and it will be set up prior to your arrival. Off of the kitchen find the other bathroom and laundry room. And feel free to bring your furry friends to this waterfront paradise. If you are bringing a boat it should be shallow draft for the local waters. The Marina across the street has a launch ramp.
