Cozy Apartment Close to Disney Welcome to our charming apartment in the heart of Kissimmee! Perfectly situated near Disney & Animal Kingdom, Shopping, Dining and Entertainment are at your fingertips. Whether you're in town for a magical vacation, a business trip, or a romantic getaway, our apartment provides the perfect home base for your adventures. NOTE: Our home is self-catering. There are starter paper products, toiletries, and laundry items. Refills may be obtained by guests from the nearby Walgreens. Guest will enter their apartment using the August Lock app (which should be downloaded to your smart phone prior to arrival) to access the apartment. You have full access to your own apartment, use of the Clubhouse, pool and gym. 192 East or West is your nearest thoroughfare. Airport is 30 minutes away via 417 highway. Disney is 20 minutes, Universal Studios 25 minutes. Questions are welcomed anytime, before 10pm daily. If an extreme emergency, please contact 911. Please leave the pool, gym and barbecue clean and tidy if you use it. Garbage Disposal Valet pickup starts at 6pm daily, except on Friday & Saturdays. Regular 13 lb bags only, limit to 2 per night. Garbage bin with TIED bag must be placed outside the door only after 5pm and returned inside by 9am. No loose garbage please. There are charges if the trash disposal rules are not followed. You can also take your garbage to the dumpster on the left outside. Damages Amenities There are starter kit dishwasher pod in the kitchen sink, laundry pods in the laundry room, and extra tissue under the bathroom sink.
