The road from the parking area leads to your lakefront access, a gravel space where you can sit in your camp or lawn chairs, splash in the water, or fish. Guest access You will have access to the entire Carriage House portion of Edgewater Estate. Carriage House is the first building on the right as you come down the driveway with a large wooden double door in the front. Access the home via the smart lock on the single door to the left of the big double doors. Your code will be issued to you after signing our rental agreement link provided in the welcome message. You will also have access to Lake Thunderbird as a guest of our home and will be a few minutes drive from Thunderbird Recreation Center, which offers swimming pools, basketball courts, miniature golf, a hiking trail, and more! The North Golf Course is also nearby. Cherokee Village Suburban Improvement District can share more details about all community amenities, any usage fees for access, and up-to-date amenity usage rules.
