Guests have the heated pool and spa at the base of the tower, the beach just 100 yards away, and a great time ahead! Guest access Guests have full access to the Resort and its amenities. Complimentary use of the fitness center, 5 Hydro Clay Tennis Courts, Beaches on Gulf of Mexico and on the Santa Rosa Sound. The Lifestyle Center is the heart of Portofino where the restaurants (Coastal and Al Fresco) are located along with the onsite Starbucks, Indoor Heated Pool, Spa, Fitness Center, Market and Concierge are all located here. Two Tesla and Universal charging stations are available. These stations are located at Central Reception and the Lifestyle Center. The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates. Unit does have a Ring Doorbell Camera!
