Welcome to your newly renovated beachfront condo on the 17th floor at Seychelles Beach Resort, Panama City Beach! Enjoy breathtaking sunrise and sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. With beach access just steps away, indulge in sun-soaked relaxation or take a dip in one of two pools (1 heated!) or hot tub. Conveniently located next door to the family-friendly Schooners Beach Bar and Grill, it's only a 7-minute drive to downtown PCB & just 10 minutes to the iconic Pier. The space Kitchen: Oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, blender, pots/pans, Tupperware, full kitchenware. Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed, private full bathroom, TV, and ceiling fan. Hallway: 2 Twin Bunk Beds. Living Room: Queen Sofa Sleeper, room darkening curtains, 65" 4k Smart TV, balcony access, and ceiling fan. Washer/dryer in the unit. Amenities: Beach chairs, Umbrella, Cooler Bag (Ice machine on lower level of parking structure), iron & ironing board, hair dryers, Cable/Smart TV, and high speed Wi-Fi internet. Games: Playing cards, board games, beach games. Each guest is assigned their own unique door code for keyless entry. Guest access Guests will receive an email 3 days prior to check-in containing all the information they will need during their stay. The door code will be emailed to guests on the day of check-in. Other things to note IMPORTANT: There is a resort-wide painting project underway from September through mid-February. Please Note: * September 1 – September 30: There is no work being completed on your condo’s balcony, and the condo balcony, pools, hot tubs, and beach access are open and available for your enjoyment. * October 1 – November 14: The East Pool and hot tub will be closed during the daytime working hours. During this time, the West Pool will be open, beach access will remain open, and the condo’s balcony will be open and available for use. The pool deck will be reopened for use each evening after work concludes. RESORT AMENITIES! 2 Pools: Gulf front pools, 1 is heated! 1 Hot Tub: Gulf front Hot Tub Kiddie Pool: Gulf front kiddie pool. Beach Access off the pool deck features multiple outdoor showers. 1 Volleyball Net: Located on the beach. Fitness Center: Stationary bicycles, step machines, treadmills, free weights, and other exercise equipment (9am-10pm). Located on the 3rd level of the parking garage. Many restaurants and activities within walking distance (<1mi) from the resort! Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the ID verification. You’ll also be required to select a damage protection plan through Truvi. There are two options: a $10 security deposit or a $35 damage waiver, both non-refundable. A damage protection plan is needed to complete your booking.
