We look forward to seeing you experience your own wave of serenity! 🌿✨ Guest access Guests enjoy full access to all the complex's facilities, including four swimming pools, a children's pool, large green areas and private parking inside the complex, guarded 24 hours a day. They also have a laundry area with a dryer and direct access to the beach and the beautiful Senda Litoral, ideal for walking or playing sports by the sea. The complex also offers a supermarket, restaurants, a beach bar and WiFi in common areas. Renowned for its tranquility and family atmosphere, it is the perfect place to enjoy the sun, the sea and days of authentic rest. 🏖️🌿 Other things to note 🌱 Commitment to sustainability At Olas de Calma, we want you to enjoy an unforgettable stay while we take care of the environment together. These rules help ensure a respectful and sustainable experience. ♻️ Caring for the environment Help us reduce our environmental impact by using electricity and water responsibly. You'll find recycling bins near reception (access via a button on the wall). Please turn off the lights and the air conditioning when you leave; small gestures make a difference. ⚡ Energy consumption The daily electricity consumption limit is 17 kWh. If this is exceeded, an additional cost of €0.40/kWh will be applied. 🚿 Toilet rules Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet. If other materials are flushed down and a blockage occurs, the guest will have to bear the cost of the repair. Do not use acidic cleaning products in the sinks, as they are made of natural stone and could be damaged. 🧽 Additional cleaning If you would like an extra cleaning service during your stay, please let us know in advance. The cost will depend on the type of service requested. 🔈 Noise in the complex Although the residential complex is quiet, we cannot completely control the surrounding noise, and no refunds are offered for this reason. We will do our utmost to ensure a peaceful stay. 🪪 Mandatory registration Upon arrival, all guests must present their passport or identity document, as required by Spanish regulations. The information is handled confidentially and only to comply with the law. 🧹 Cleaning at check-out Before you leave, please take out the rubbish and leave the dishes clean. This helps us keep the apartment spotless for the next guests. 🔑 Keys and remote controls Losing keys or remote controls may result in a charge for replacing them or changing the locks. If you lose them, please let us know as soon as possible. 👶 Baby equipment We have a travel cot and a high chair at no extra cost. We just need you to request it in advance so that we can have it ready. 🎁 Welcome kit The apartment is fully equipped with sheets, towels and toilet paper.
