We look forward to seeing you experience your own wave of serenity! 🌿✨ Guest access Guests enjoy full access to all the complex's facilities, including four swimming pools, a children's pool, large green areas and private parking inside the complex, guarded 24 hours a day. They also have a laundry area with a dryer and direct access to the beach and the beautiful Senda Litoral, ideal for walking or playing sports by the sea. The complex also offers a supermarket, restaurants, a beach bar and WiFi in common areas. Renowned for its tranquility and family atmosphere, it is the perfect place to enjoy the sun, the sea and days of authentic rest. 🏖️🌿 Other things to note 🌱 Commitment to sustainability At Olas de Calma we want you to enjoy an unforgettable stay while we take care of the environment together. These standards help maintain a respectful and sustainable experience. ♻️ Environmental care Help us reduce environmental impact by using electricity and water responsibly. Near the reception you will find recycling bins (access via button on the wall). Please turn off lights and AC when leaving; small gestures make a difference. ⚡ Energy consumption The daily electricity consumption limit is 17 kWh. If exceeded, an additional cost of €0.40/kWh will be applied. 🚿 Bathroom rules Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet. If other materials are introduced and a blockage occurs, the guest will be charged the cost of the repair. Do not use acidic cleaning products in the sinks, as they are made of natural stone and could be damaged. 🧽 Additional cleaning If you would like extra cleaning service during your stay, please let us know in advance. The cost will depend on the type of service requested. 🔈 Noise in the complex Although the residential area is quiet, we cannot fully control the noise of the environment and no refunds are offered for this reason. We will do everything we can to ensure a peaceful stay. 🪪 Mandatory registration Upon arrival, all guests must present their passport or ID, as required by Spanish law. The information is handled confidentially and only to comply with the law. 🧹 Cleaning at check-out Before leaving, we ask that you remove the trash and leave the dishes clean. This helps us keep the apartment spotless for the next guests. 🔑 Keys and remotes Loss of keys or remote controls may incur a replacement or lock change fee. In case of loss, please let us know as soon as possible. 👶 Baby equipment We have a travel crib and high chair, at no additional cost. We just need you to request it in advance to get it ready. 🎁 Welcome kit Upon arrival you will find a small starter kit (toilet paper and paper towels).
