There is free parking; lot across the street to the south. A parking permit can be found in the welcome folder on the kitchen counter. Please return permit before you leave. There will be a $100 fee for not returning the parking permit and additional $100 fee for not returning the fob to the building. Other things to note Absolute no smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony. $1000.00 fine if we smell or see signs of smoking of any kind.
