The view from the home is of the mouth of the cove into Springs Dock. You are provided access to a boat slip at Deerfield Cove Marina for use during your stay. It is 1.5 miles from the house to the dock. Parking for the boat, trailer, and cars is directly across the street from the home. An open concept main living area provides a great environment to relax, cook, and eat. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a king bed, a queen bed, and 2 futons. One futon has a full size mattress while the other is smaller and suited for a child. Both bathrooms are full bathrooms. One has access from the bedroom only while the other has access from the hallway and attached bedroom. This is a great year round place to stay to enjoy the great outdoors.
