The River House, pet friendly with hot tub!

Enjoy your stay in Shenandoah on this amazing riverfront home at the end of a private lane with a breathtaking view of the river and, a public boat landing beside the home, Bring the whole family and have some fun! Only 15 minutes to Massanutten Resort: Skiing, Golfing, & Waterpark fun + more! Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base, which is also only 20 minutes from Luray Caverns and 15 minutes to Shenandoah National Park lots to do. The space This amazing riverfront home was built in 1913 and has been completely remodeled and updated but, it still has the rustic charm with the very cozy right-at-home feel. this home features 4 new Samsung smart TVs connected to Wi-Fi. There are 2 boat docks on the property with a public boat landing 1/4 mile from this home, a large yard to enjoy also with new fire pit wood is provided. There is also 1 canoe 2 kayaks, life jackets, and paddles to use during your stay. Enjoy the hot tub year-round located on the large front porch overlooking the mountains and beautiful south fork of the Shenandoah River. This is a pet-friendly home with 2 pets max unless otherwise pre-approved, pet fees are $100 per pet per booking, Airbnb only charges for 1 pet so I will send a money request for the 2nd pet that needs to be paid as soon as posable. Enjoy the awesome sunset to the west every evening from the large outside dining table that seats 6 on the large front deck area or just kick back in one of the 4 new rocking chairs. Gas fireplace in the living room for those cold evenings watching a movie with family or friends. 3 bedrooms upstairs 2 queen bedrooms with dressers and one has an office desk looking the river, the other bedroom has 2 twin beds and a dresser, and all bedrooms have new Samsung smart TVs, the living room has 65-inch TV. Home is at the end of the road private setting only home on the road. Great fishing here worms work best, swimming is allowed also!! Bring your jet skis, pontoon boat, motor boat, and more for a fun day on the river. Guest access Guest can use the entire home and property during the stay, enter the home patio side of the house with smart lock access. Other things to note This is a family rental, with absolutely no college parties no fraternities no large events, or other kinds of parties. This home is for 6 guests only at all times if there are more discovered the booking will be canceled and the guest will be made to leave with no refunds. Pet fees, Airbb only charges for the first pet on their platform, I allow 2 pets however their is a fee for the second pet that needs to be paid before check in, if you have more 2 pets contact me and I will see if I can accommodate your request. Each additional pet fee is $100
