A full kitchen in the same area provides new stainless appliances with a dishwasher and filtered water from the refrigerator. Kitchen extends into a large laundry room with wash sink and side door access to the parking area. Just outside the french doors facing the river is a large deck with dining area and lounge space. Wrap-around steps down to a grassy yard with Adirondack chairs surrounding a rustic stone fire pit - all surrounded by peaceful views of the river. The water can rise and fall significantly. Guests are not allowed on adjoining private property.
