Parking for a maximum of 3 vehicles, no additional street parking is available. Kitchen and Dining Area The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare almost any meal. The kitchen has a Keurig Duos allowing drip or pod style coffee. There are two eating areas. A breakfast nook and a formal dining area with all the tableware you need to dine. Living Room The incredibly large living room has a huge fireplace, tv and sectional sofa. There are games and books to enjoy. Master Bedroom This home has master suite featuring a king-sized bed with a high end mattress, nightstands, dresser, large closets, luggage racks, and flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a double vanity sink, and shower. Also for your convenience - a make up mirror and blow dryer. Guest Bedroom The second bedroom features a queen size bed, a set of twin bunk beds, nightstand, dresser, closet, and flat screen TV. 2nd Bathroom Across the hall from the second bedroom is a full bathroom with a tub shower combo and a single sink vanity. Backyard There is a fenced backyard with patio table, furniture and gas grill. Parking There is a single car garage and driveway for parking. Additional street parking is also available. We just ask that you don't block traffic or the neighbors driveways. Guest access The entire home is exclusively yours during your stay. The back yard is fully private. The only shared space is the front porch with doors for both sides of the duplex.
