What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing: - The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, we provide tall cooling towers in each upstairs bedrooms for ease and comfort sleeping at night, and open windows help create a great cross breeze to cool down the home fast! -Our home is BRAND NEW construction which is amazing with all new finishes and furniture. However, because it is a brand new neighborhood as well, there is a bit of construction dust outside and potential construction noise while during the week and daytime hours while the neighborhood fills out. Our house comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 1 king size bed in the master bedroom, 3 queen beds in the remaining 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 queen bed on the main floor. - All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery. Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own! Guest access You have full and total access of our home with private entrance during your stay. Automatic instructions will be sent right after your booking confirmation. The security deposit hold is simply a pre-authorization on the payment method on file which will be collected 2 days before check-in and released 5 days after check-out, assuming there is no damage to the property and all our house rules have been followed. This task is done by our API-connected software to this platform. We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay. ✦ We've have a host-initiated verification and ID verification process in obtaining the pre-arrival requirement✦ We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house. There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us. Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled.
