Up to 6 people can be accommodated easily. Whether you're looking for a quiet & relaxing staycation, an exciting & adventure filled outdoors trip, or a romantic getaway - our apartment is the place to stay! The space Our home is located in a quiet, clean community with a beautiful and fairly private balcony! Scenic peaceful surroundings, spectacular views, modern amenities, in a convenient & accessible location are what makes our place stand out. We are close to shopping, skiing, hiking, fishing, and eating - everything you could possibly need is nearby. Our apartment accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably. The 2 bedrooms have super comfortable queen-size beds and a queen-size air mattress can be set up in the living area. 2 full bathrooms are stocked with all the essentials and the master bedroom has a private bathroom attached with an oversized bathtub. The kitchen is fully stocked with a large fridge, cookware & utensils, microwave, dish washer, coffee maker, Kuerig, tea kettle, toaster, ice maker, blender and all the dishes you could possibly need. The living space is open and spacious. Our amazingly comfortable sectional overlooks the dining area and the 55" Roku TV with WIFI internet access. We also have a laundry room! Washer and dryer are available for your convenience, FREE of course! 2 air purifiers and two sound machines in unit. Now, about the location...you couldn't be in a better place. We are centrally located and close to the Interstate. Of course, shopping & food are nearby as well. ~15-20 minutes to world-famous ski resorts, canyons, SLC airport, downtown Salt Lake, & "Silicon Slopes". Guest access You'll have access to the entire rental unit - a 2-bedroom and 2-bath apartment on the second floor of an European-style apartment complex. *Please note: There are no elevators, you will be using stairs. . Community amenities are also available to our guests and include: - seasonal outdoor pool Memorial Day-Labor day - poolside BBQ - outdoor fireplace - year round hot tub - 24hr fitness center - playground -dog park *Amenity maintenance is often unannounced and out of hosts control and will not constitute a refund. Other things to note CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in: After 3PM - * Self check-in with keypad Checkout: 11AM --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PARKING *Guests MAY NOT park under any covered parking stalls or within red fire zones or they will be towed at their expense*. Any other open parking spot that is not assigned, covered, or reserved is FREE to park in. Unassigned parking spaces can be found all around the apartment community and will be uncovered. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SMOKING - PARTIES Are strictly prohibited. The no smoking community policy is strictly enforced on the entire property. This includes the unit, the balcony, and anywhere else on the grounds. Those caught smoking will be fined and evicted from the unit.
