Welcome to our charming and historic loft in the heart of Hamburg! This one bed, one bath loft has a cozy living room and a kitchen with all the basics. Just across the street is the 32 mile Lakeland Trail for hiking or biking. Additionally, there is a local pickleball court nearby. Enjoy a spacious backyard with a firepit, perfect for summer nights. Ann Arbor is a 20 minute drive and Brighton only 15 minutes. Perfect get away at your home away from home! The space Apart from the one queen bed, there's also a queen-size air mattress available for use. There is a pickleball court just 5 minutes from the house at the Hamburg Township Senior Center. Open play is free after 4pm until midnight. A set of pickleball paddles and balls are provided in the unit. Please remember to bring them back to the house! Guest access This home is a duplex with its own private entrance on the second level, featuring one bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen. Other things to note Please note that there is an occupied apartment located on the main floor of the property. However, this will not interfere with your stay as the apartment has its own separate entrance and amenities. There is also a restaurant pub next door with great food, perfect for a quick and affordable meal. It’s not a late-night bar, as it closes at 10 PM on weekends and 9 PM on weekdays.
