Relax at our pet friendly waterfront condo on the shores of Lake Taneycomo. Just a 10-minute drive to Hwy 76 'Strip' & a 20-minute drive to SDC. Located in the gated Pointe Royale Golf Village -2nd level entry -Lake Access -Charcoal grill -electric fireplace Neighborhood amenities: -2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, hot tub -Tennis/pickleball courts, 18-hole PGA golf course, nature trail+ No smoking in condo or within 10 ft of buildings Trailer parking is not permitted in Pointe Royale The space Note: As this condo is located within a shared building, guests may occasionally hear normal sounds from neighboring units. Items NOT Provided — Consider Bringing: -Coffee -Shampoo, conditioner, body wash -Cooking oils -Foil & cling wrap -Pool towels (available upon request prior to arrival) Guest access The guard house will issue you a parking pass when you first arrive. Parking passes need to be visibly displayed on your dashboard at all times while you are on Pointe Royale property. Each vehicle in your party will need all of the reservation details (Building and unit number and dates of stay) to get a parking pass and be let through the guard gate. There is ample parking outside the building & you may park in any space that’s convenient for you, there are no assigned spaces. Please make sure your parking pass is always visible and do not park outside of any designated parking spaces, as you may be towed or ticketed at your own expense. Other things to note Pet Policy-acceptance required - guidelines put forth from Pointe Royale/Owner: *Two dogs under 35 pounds allowed. *Dog must be crated anytime it is left alone at the property. *Dog must be on a leash at all times when outside the condo and waste picked up and disposed of. *If there are any disturbances reported about your dog (barking, excessive scratching, etc) you will be asked to board your pet or vacate the property. *If your dog causes any damages, you will be charged.
