Casita Granada is located in the heart of Belmont Shore, just a few steps to second street and three blocks to the beach. Built in 2020, the studio apartment attached to the back of the main house features a new queen size murphy bed, a sofa, fully furnished kitchenette and a full bathroom. Features include, constant hot water, forced heating & air conditioning, dual pane windows, noise reducing insulation. The kitchenette features a small gas stove top, refrigerator, and microwave. The space There is typically free street parking available within a block or two of the apartment. Also, there is a parking lot close to the apartment. Parking is free from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. It is metered during the day. Guest access Guests can use the entire apartment and patio area.
