For additional guests or family members, two more comfortable guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom, offering a pyramid bunkbed for the little ones and a queen-size bed for others. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.
