Experience serenity like never before at Serenity at Harbor Lake. Other things to note Please note: The Harbor Lake HOA does not allow trailers or commercial vehicles with any lettering on them. There is a maximum of six vehicles allowed at the home - two in the garage, and four in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed at our home. That is our way of being a good neighbor to the families around us. If you have a trailer, please park it in the garage. If it won't fit in a two-car garage, please message us for other arrangements. If we are assessed a fine from the HOA for violating these rules, we will request reimbursement from you. We have other homes available in Smithville with less strict rules.
