Our location is a stone's throw from the serene Town Lake, the iconic Auditorium Shores, and the lush, verdant landscapes of Zilker Park and Barton Creek Greenbelt. Nestled in a tranquil, pedestrian-friendly neighborhood, you're just two blocks away from the culinary delights and aromatic coffee houses of South Lamar. This unique property holds a rich history, once being the homestead of SXSW's creative director. The space Step into a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for crafting culinary delights or enjoying a leisurely breakfast. The primary bedroom, a serene sanctuary, features a plush queen bed and an ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort. The second bedroom is thoughtfully designed with two Twin XL beds, complete with new hybrid mattresses, ensuring a restful night's sleep and also boasts its own ensuite bathroom for added convenience. Guest access You will have access to the entire property with the exception of some closets, which are reserved for housekeeping and owner use. Other things to note We have security cameras outside our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy. 1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine) 2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance 3) No events or parties. 4) No pets allowed 5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it 6) Minimum age requirement is 25 7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night 8) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay
