The lanai is fully screened with a BBQ grill with floats and pool toys to enjoy. The indoor living space has plenty room to lounge, and the kitchen is well stocked to allow for easy dining and meal prep. There is even a Ping-Pong table and 2 bikes in the garage to add hours of fun to your vacation. The space With an enchanting view from the lanai, relax by your heated swimming pool as you watch the traffic on the Gulf Access canal as boats, dolphins, fish and kayakers all take advantage of Cape Coral's waterways. The home not only has a great vantage by the water, but the interior also has two separate living rooms, so it is easy to spread out and find your slice of paradise. The garage can easily host your own family Ping-Pong tournament and there are two cruising bicycles to explore Jaycee Park and the surrounding neighborhood. Immediate essentials for a few days are provided like soap, toilet paper and paper towels as well as hand and regular towels. The home is set up to be very inviting.
