The patio space is divided in half by a planter wall for both units - but I don’t use or enter the patio space when guests are renting so they have privacy. Guest access You have access to the front patio. You have access to the side yard but it is a shared space. Other things to note Street cleaning on Pine Street is on Fridays from 8-12 pm.
