I live in the other half of the house so I can be on site to assist with anything you need. The home is in between a park and another home, divided by the side yard. Pretty private location! You have your own private entrance. One from the back of the house, which is the main way to get in, and a private entrance to your patio space. The patio space is divided in half by a planter wall for both units - but I don’t use or enter the patio space when guests are renting so they have privacy. Guest access You have access to the front patio. You have access to the side yard but it is a shared space. Other things to note Street cleaning on Pine Street is on Fridays from 8-11 pm. Please park on Chestnut (side street) street during that period or any other street No Smoking. No Marijuana. No drugs. No parties. Please no unauthorized guests. We have outdoor cameras.
