A sizeable open plan kitchen with an induction range cooker, dishwasher and American style fridge freezer for ice and filtered water. Through the kitchen you will find a utility room for casual dining for around 6 guests, additional basin and storage space. Additional amenities, including, a wine cooler, washing machine and dryer. This area can be accessed by the back door where you will also find a shower room and W.C. as well as a patio door leading to the garden. A spacious dining room to the rear of the property provides a more formal and luxurious dining space, sitting 12 comfortably, this is ideal for hosting family and friends. On the ground floor is a further contemporary sunken cinema room where guest can enjoy Dolby 5.1 surround sound, SkyTV and Sky Sports on a 80" television. The property boasts 4 en-suite bedrooms as follows: Bedroom 1 - Super King Bed, en-suite spa bath with separate shower. This room has a single chair that can be converted into a single bed if required. It also has space to add an additional z-bed if required. Sleeping 4 in total.
