A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation* * $50 service fee will be added to the cost of any item that needs to be repaired or replaced due to guest damage.* *Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes. ***Home does NOT have a/c but is equipped with central heating for winter months*** -Cleaning fees will be double for all stays that are 10 nights and over -No Smoking on the property: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00 -$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour. -Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee -No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
