Perfect for afternoon naps after a morning beach trip. - Another balcony awaits you on the 3rd floor, great lil spot with 2 additional Adirondack chairs and table - Backyard is a real treat! 2 grills on the patio and it backs up to the community park with corn hole, picnic tables, and bocce ball. - 12,000 sq ft resort style pool! In the front of the home, you’ll see a pathway that leads to the community pool. It’s fantastic! Features include waterfalls, a kids splash zone, a poolside café, picnic tables, loungers, and umbrellas too. - Walking trails. Over 1.3 miles of shaded walking trails through the community Ready to unwind? Let’s talk sleeping arrangements: 1st floor – - Primary bedroom with En Suite bathroom (shower/tub combo) King bed, Smart tv, ceiling fan, and plenty of storage 2nd floor— - King bedroom with En Suite bathroom (shower/tub combo) King bed, Smart tv, ceiling fan, screened in porch here! - King bedroom with En Suite bathroom (walk in shower and jacuzzi tub) King bed, Smart tv, and ceiling fan. - Bunk room with En suite bathroom (shower/tub combo): 2 bunks with twin beds. Sleeps 4 total! - Additional sleeping options: Sleeper sofa in living room and twin rollout bed in primary bedroom closet The best part? Easy beach access: - Seacrest community offers a private beach tram (March – October) that will take you directly to the beach. It runs daily from 9a-5:30pm and is less than 5 min walk from the home. - You’ll also have direct access to Seacrest Beach boardwalk if you’d rather walk instead of ride! It’s right at the entrance to the neighborhood – quick 8-10 min walk Beach gear: Complimentary beach towels in every room 4 complimentary bikes - easy ride to the beach! La Dolce Vita Rentals – Everything from chairs and umbrellas to golf carts and bonfires! Guest access It's all yours! Guests have access to the entire home during your stay. This home is proudly managed by Kalos Dwellings. Other things to note - Parking is available in the driveway. There is space for 4 vehicles. Street parking is also available but limited. - The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots. - Minimum age to rent the home is 25. - Golf carts are no permitted in Seacrest. - We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non- shedding. They must also be house trained. If your pup fits that criteria, we’d love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding! - Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn’t happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience.
