Erie County's largest vacation rental. 11,000 sq ft double Colonial mansions totaling 10 bedrooms, 8.5 baths with private en suite, parking for 15+ vehicles, enclosed courtyard/patio, 730 sq ft kitchen with cafe seating and much more. These historic buildings are among the oldest in North East and have recently been restored to their original glory. Sleeps 20+ comfortably. Perfect for family reunions and large gatherings. Video walk-through link available upon request. The space 10 large bedrooms (5 in each building), 14 beds (king/queen premium memory foam mattresses) plus 2 roll-away beds. 8.5 baths. Smart TVs in every bedroom but one. 730 sq ft kitchen in the larger building, smaller kitchen in the other. Larger building has 2 dining rooms with tables, plus cafe seating area in the kitchen. Private enclosed outdoor patio with grill, picnic table and patio seating. Both buildings have a living room with 65" smart TVs. Smaller building has private en suite bed/bath and small living room. Guest access Access to both buildings, which share the same driveway/lot.
