THE BIRDIE VILLA The Villa Birdie of approximately 130 m², is ideally located in a private subdivision, quiet, dreary, golf course and enjoys a splendid view of the sea, the golf course and the village of Trois Ilets. This luxury villa, composed of 5 rooms spread over 2 levels, can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. On the upper level, you will find a first air-conditioned room with a double bed and its private bathroom with double basin. A second air-conditioned room with two single beds, a corner office and its bathroom with an independent toilet. There is a lounge open to the terrace, equipped with a TV with cable channels and a fan. The kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, cooking rings, American fridge (separate freezer and ice maker), Nespresso machine, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The living room and the American kitchen enjoy an incredible view of the golf course and the sea. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Relax in the infinity pool and on the terrace equipped with a dining table and garden furniture overlooking the sea and golf course. On the lower level, you will find a third air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom (WC). THE ROOMS Villa Birdie can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children in its 3 air-conditioned rooms. They all have a private bathroom. The first bedroom is on the upper level, it is air-conditioned and includes a double bed of 160cm with a dressing area and enjoys a sea view and golf. The second bedroom is on the upper level, it is air-conditioned and has two single beds and an office area. This room is ideal for children or teenagers. The third bedroom is on the lower level, it is air-conditioned and includes a double bed of 160cm, and overlooks the garden. NEAR The beaches, shops, restaurants and the marina of the touristic place of Pointe du Bout and Anse Mitan are 2 km away. From the marina there is a regular maritime connection to Fort-de-France. From its central position, excursions in the North or the South of Martinique are facilitated. An acrobranch course, a horse riding club and tennis courts are within a few km, as well as golf course. Access to the beautiful beaches of the Diamond and Anses d'Arlet is fast and direct.
