Bedroom #4 Large Open Loft (NOT AN ACTUAL CLOSED OFF SEPARATE BEDROOM) with TWO TWIN BEDS and One Full-Sized Crib. (One Twin Light up Princess Bed and One Twin Tent Bed with lights.) Bathroom #2 with Tub/Shower. Main floor half bath. 75" TV in Living room; 65" TV in Master Bedroom. Netflix, Prime Video, Disney +, Hulu, Xfinity Live on TVs. Huge leather sectional with Extra-Large seats (4 RECLINING). Board Games, Coloring Books, Toddler Toys. Kitchen stocked with dishes, pots & pans, appliances, condiments, spices, & oils. Beautiful new bed & bath linens. Front Patio with three swings for relaxing. One-step entry ; all bedrooms are upstairs. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the home except the garage, linen/cleaning closet, and primary bedroom closet. Guest access includes the laundry room (complete with washer, dryer, laundry detergent, iron, ironing board, baby bathtub, baby hooded bath towels), all bedrooms, all bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, patio. Guests will have towels, wash cloths, shower loofahs, shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap. Also enough toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, & laundry detergent for a few loads depending on length of stay. Guests bringing infants and/or toddlers can be provided a list of additional items which can be made available (free of charge) if requested 48 hours before arrival. The large patio in front of the home has two glider swings and a porch swing with a canopy top perfect for watching the sunsets. Other things to note SMOKING, VAPING, OR THE USE OF ANY RECREATIONAL DRUGS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED ANYWHERE WITHIN OR UPON THE PREMISE OF THE PROPERTY. FIREWORKS NOT ALLOWED ON THE GROUNDS OR ON STREETS IN THE VICINITY OF THE RENTAL. Free Parking. Guests can park on the street in front (even overnight) or in the driveway in back by the garage. Four cars can fit in the driveway. However, guests will not have access to the garage. Google maps will take you to the back by the garage. Guests will probably want to park in the front -- at least upon arrival -- to unload luggage. Front door is the only entryway. Popcorn, Coffee maker & Coffee, Hot Cocoa provided.
