The other main floor bedroom also features a King size bed with a beautiful hillside garden view. The main floor has two living-room spaces. One with a Smart 85” television for your streaming devices. The second living room is set up for visiting. The Kitchen is set up to serve a houseful and you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals to share with your group. A laundry room is also located on the main floor. The entire front of the home is lined with large windows to take in the river view.Seating is positioned to accommodate the amazing river sights. The largest main floor living-room has an 85” television for your streaming pleasure. Adjacent to the kitchen is a beautiful screened in porch that also leads you to the 5person hot tub gazebo. Downstairs living is equally graced with a river view. Each bedroom enjoys the river view. Two of these rooms boast King beds while one bedroom has two full sized beds. The downstairs bath is walk in shower with double sink vanity. The downstairs family room is very spacious, again with river view . This room houses a Smart 75” television to enjoy your streaming. All of the furnishings in the home are very comfortable. We provide quality mattresses and bedding. We want you to rest well. This home has been meticulously maintained since it was built in 1976. New flooring and new deck have been added. This home was built to entertain and accommodate large groups and family for the holidays, but also has served as an awesome getaway for couples wanting a beautiful getaway. You will have room to roam.All bedrooms are very spacious. Plenty of parking for your group. The carport houses two vehicles. We have plenty of room if you are bringing your BOAT! The grounds are quite expansive and provide a private sanctuary feel. Landscaping is in restoration. The trees are beautifully mature. Additional Cleaning: To account for the additional cleaning required following extended stays, the cleaning fee will be doubled for reservations exceeding 8 days. For stays longer than 15 days, a flat rate of $75 will be applied to the accumulated cleaning fee. These additional charges will be processed through the app after our cleaning team has completed their services upon check-out. However, if the property is left in a condition that does not warrant extra cleaning efforts, the additional fees will NOT be applied, and the guest will only pay the standard cleaning fee.
