No motor or power boats permitted of any kind on the lake. The home is approximately 1,100 square feet, which is not a very large home. We have a/c in the two larger bedrooms and heat in all the rooms. The main floor bedroom has been converted from a living room. Guest access You'll have access to the whole house, the backyard and the lake! The lake access is via a private dock.
