The space Coco Cabana is located in the gated community of Los Delfines, one of the most beautiful golf courses in Costa Rica. Los Delfines quiet community has 24hr security and is equipped with everything you may need for a relaxing beach vacation! ** for bigger groups, we have a sister property within walking distance** DM me for more information. The Coco Cabana includes a private saltwater pool, outdoor bar/cooking rancho, outdoor washroom and shower. The outdoor washroom and shower are convenient for washing off the sand after a day at the beach. The Casa is just a 3min walk to the secluded & beautiful beach! The Casa includes 3 Bedrooms, king bed with walk-in closet and on suite bathroom and shower. The two guest bedrooms include a queen bed and a twin bed. Every room has A/C and a ceiling fan each with their own temperature control. There are 2 full bathrooms inside the home and a half bath pool side. The home includes a fully appointed kitchen with all major appliances, as well as small appliances. The backyard boasts an oasis with saltwater pool, rancho and coconut trees. **The pool is very clean and maintained daily for the health and convenience of our guests. Features: -Each bedroom has its own temperature controlled A/C unit and fan. -One main A/C unit that cools the entire house and fans through the main living area. -The A/C units are on control setting to keep it above 23°C to help alleviate excessive electricity costs. There will be a $100 fee for excess AC usages if you bypass this system. -Two full bathrooms -Covered outdoor living space with seating sectional and an overhead fan -4 burner stainless steel BBQ -Granite countertops throughout the kitchen and quartz bathroom countertops -Large windows and doors throughout -50” TV -Hi speed WIFI internet -Master Bedroom with 1 king size bed, Walk in Closet with full ensuite bathroom, own A/C unit -2nd Bedroom 1 queen size bed and closet space, own A/C unit -3rd Bedroom has single bed and own A/C unit -Well equipped modern kitchen with all new appliances including full size refrigerator, full size oven with 4 burner stove top, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, pots/pans, cooking utensils, plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery and more. -3 counter-stools at a breakfast bar -6 seat dining table -Open concept living room with sofa, chair and TV -Washer and dryer -Drinkable tap water sourced from local spring Our 8km of beach, located in a cove, is one of the calmer beaches in this area of Costa Rica and is great for rest and relaxation, great for families of all ages, especially those young and old. If surfing is your thing, there are beautiful beaches within a short drive with some world-famous waves for surfing in Montezuma and Santa Teresa! Enjoy the plentiful wildlife right outside the door: Iguanas, howler monkeys, many species of birds, especially the scarlet Macaws with their very own breeding sanctuary within Los Delfines. Out on the beach and water, you may see sea turtles, dolphins, whales and an abundance of fish! Within the community of Los Delfines there are many other amenities: 9-hole golf course, beach-front restaurant that provides good food and great socialization, a convenience store that carries all staples items and Sunday farmers market at the Los Delfines gate with fresh fruit, veggies, and baked goods. There are also options for many local adventures like fishing, snorkeling, horseback riding, etc. that will pick you up right on the beach. Guest access The community is located in the town of Tambor, and has 24 hour security. You will have access to a private golf course, tennis /pickle ball courts. There is an onsite grocery store, beachfront restaurant, and medical center. Take a 25 min flight directly to Cobano airport from either San Jose or Liberia International airport. From Cobano airport, it is a 20min drive to Los Delfines. From Liberia airport, it is a 2.5 hr drive. From San Jose Airport, it is a 1 hr ferry ride and 2hr drive.
