Just a short 2 minute walk to Martinez Lake Bar and a 10 minute walk to Fisher's store and Rio Loco Grill. Just launch at Fisher's launch ramp and drive your boat to the dock! Home is 2 stories with the ground level all garage (and bathroom #4) and the living space is on the 2nd story. Room from one small car in driveway. -One full bathroom (Bathroom #4) in garage accessible from garage or back patio -6 chairs for back patio and 3 side tables plus corn hole -Roll up garage door in rear that opens up to breathtaking views of Fisher's Lagoon and the Colorado River -Off the patio is a shared stairway that leads to the shared dock (one space) below where you can keep your boat for the stay, swim or fish. All linens, bath towels and essentials are included for up to 8 guests (there are 3 king beds with linens, but if someone is planning to not sleep in a bed, you will need to bring extra linens). All you need to bring are your clothes, toiletries, food, drinks and sunscreen! Home will be cleaned after your stay, but you will need to take out trash for sanitary purposes. We have 3 exterior security cameras that are only reviewed in case of incident. This is our family's second home and our happy place. Please be respectful of the property and treat it as you would your own. For the health and safety of our family we ask that you not bring any animals. Guests will need to sign an additional rental contract after booking, provide Driver's license photo and insurance information prior to stay. Check in is at 4PM and Check out is at 11AM Early check in or late check out may be granted upon request and availability for $30 per each additional hour. Guest access Guests have access to the entire private home which includes the 2nd story living space, most of the garage, the outdoor patios and a dock space. Home includes- kitchen, living room, dining area, patio balcony, 3 bedrooms and their closets, 3 bathrooms, with one storage room locked off from guests. Exterior includes- access to the ground level patio, the 4th bathroom in the garage, most of garage which allows for 3 cars parking inside garage (or a boat and trailer for skilled towers only) with a small area of garage blocked off for owner's storage. Below the ground level patio are stairs to access the water and shared dock where one boat dock space is included. Other things to note This is our family's second home and our happy place.
