The space - EXCITING NEWS: A hot tub was just installed in January 2025!!! It’s perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring ✨ - Please note: There was a 3 star review within the first three weeks of the hot tub opening due to an issue with the hot tub service. The technician I initially hired was not being responsible, and unfortunately, I was unaware at the time. He has since been fired, all issues have been fully resolved, and I now take pride in maintaining the highest standards of hot tub cleanliness and maintenance. - The $450 cleaning fee covers a full professional cleaning of the entire home, hot tub maintenance and sanitation, and trash pickup and disposal, so you do not need to drive trash to the community trash center located about 20 minutes away. This ensures a clean, well maintained home and a stress free checkout experience. - Arcade and game room on the 2nd floor - Dedicated movie theater on the 1st floor (Amazon Firestick for easy access to your favorite movie apps) Fun kids room with toys and bunk beds with trundles Within walking distance to a public outdoor heated pool - Within 10 minute driving distance to two additional outdoor heated pools and four sand lake beaches for kayaking, boating, and paddle boarding, as well as a fitness center and outdoor basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts - Gift baskets with everyday essentials including snacks, fire starter kits, shavers, shaving cream, makeup remover pads, Advil, deodorant, sunscreen, and more - Shampoo, body wash, and conditioner supplied in each full bathroom - Q tips, cotton pads, and floss picks available in each bathroom - Two outdoor fireplaces (one gas burning and one wood burning) - Jacuzzi tub and towel warmers - FREE fire starters (S’mores night, anyone?) - FREE coffee, hot cocoa, and tea station - Traveling with a baby? A baby gate and highchair are available at the house - Arrowhead Lake Community Registration and Resort Fees: Please note that Arrowhead Lake is a private, gated community and requires all guests to complete a Guest Registration Form and pay a separate Resort and Registration Fee, which is not included in your booking total. Fees are set by the HOA based on guests age 6 and up, nights, and vehicles. Once registration is completed, I’ll handle the HOA submission and send the payment request via Airbnb to keep things seamless and easy. All registered guests will have full access to community amenities. - The maximum number of guests allowed is 16, and the maximum number of vehicles allowed is six. Please note that firewood is not provided, you may find firewood at Pinewood Deli, Lowe’s, and Ahart’s . - Whether you're soaking in the stunning views, lounging in the hammocks, or gathering around the fire pit, our outdoor patio is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and make the most of your time surrounded by the tranquility of nature. 🖤NOISE MONITORS - No loud parties or events allowed after quiet hours. Quiet hours are 9 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 10 p.m. Friday-Saturday. - The noise monitor (located in the back deck area) do not record any conversations. It only monitors decibel levels for excessive noise that may interfere with the allowed noise level in the neighborhood. You'll be notified if noise exceeds 80dB for more than 15 minutes. 🖤SECURITY CAMERAS - For added security and peace of mind, we have installed four security cameras on the premises—two in the front, one in the back of the house and one on the side of the house. These cameras are positioned solely for security purposes and are not placed in private areas or inside the house; they are only in common areas. Please rest assured that the cameras are intended to safeguard the property when it is unoccupied and are not intended to monitor our guests' activities during their stay. Your privacy and comfort are of the utmost importance to us. Guest access You can enter our home securely via a keypad, eliminating concerns about flight or travel delays, or arriving later than expected for check-in. However, please keep us informed of any changes to your arrival time. You and your guests will enjoy full access to the entire house, with the exception of locked areas such as the owner’s pantry and storage room on the first loor, the owner’s closet in the Master bedroom and attic. Other things to note . - Please provide us with all car and guests information at least 5 days prior to the rental date. We will be sending you a registration link after the booking. Kindly note that no refunds will be issued for registrations submitted after the deadline. A late registration fee of $100 will be incurred for registrations made less than three days before the scheduled arrival date, as mandated by the community. Please be aware that same-day registrations are not permitted (cut-off time is 11:59 PM the day before arrival). You will be getting QR codes for each driver from Arrowhead Lake Community that grant you access to the community. - For stays exceeding 28 days, you'll need to complete a lease agreement and provide a copy of an ID. Only individuals listed on the lease agreement and community forms are permitted at the property. - Details regarding registration forms and lease agreements will be sent to you within 24 hours of providing your email address. - To access any public amenities, guests must present QR codes that are provided a day before the check-in date sent via email. - Please be advised that no parties or smoking are permitted on the premises - You must be 21 years old and above to book - Please note that due to severe allergies of the host, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate pets, including service animals, in our house. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
