Our spacious Airbnb is the perfect getaway for traveling families seeking a memorable escape from the everyday hustle and bustle. The exterior boasts a huge wrap around porch where you can unwind with a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy a magnificent west Texas sunset. The fully-equipped kitchen with a gas stove invites you to channel your inner chef. We look forward to hosting you. The space This 6 bedroom, 3 full bath, 2 half bath retreat has 10 beds to be able to sleep multiple families and friends. With 2 full vanities to get ready for any occasion and multiple areas to lounge in, each guest will have the space they need to get away. Kitchen and Dinning: Fully stocked kitchen with state of the art appliances. Huge dinning room table Breakfast bar Basement: Pool Table 1 Full bath / 1 Half bath 8 beds including a queen and two full beds the rest are twins. We also have two roll out beds and two air beds can be set up at 50.00 each with linens pillow blanket. Outside: Plenty of parking in the front and on the side. Full wrap around porch in front. Patio with chairs and table in the back. Fenced in backyard with high privacy fence. Restaurants: The Shack (North Frankford Ave, LUBBOCK) (8 minutes away) Sonic (Shallowater) (5 minutes away) Orlandos deliver very good food Grocery Store: United Super Market (4th and Milwaukee, LUBBOCK) (10 minutes away) Walmart (4th and North Loop, LUBBOCK) (12 minutes away) Dogs Allowed: PETS. Dogs are allowed. No cats allowed. A $100 fee per dog is required. If dogs are brought to the property without being listed on the booking a $200 fine may be issued by the host. Gas Stations: Chism / Valero Truck stop with diesel (4380-4544 N Frankford Ave, Lubbock, TX 79416) (6 minutes away) Yesway (Shallowater) (6 minutes away) Guest access The entire inside of the house is available to enjoy. With plenty of free parking in the front and on the side, you can have access to the front, the side, and the backyard. The two car garage is even available upon request. Other things to note RV parking is available near the property.
