Fewer businesses remain open during winter, but the local grocery store is nearby for supplies. Internet & Remote Work Reliable internet is available throughout the home. We’ve upgraded to one of the highest-speed internet plans available in the area, making it suitable for: • Streaming • Video calls • Remote work • Gaming Parking • Maximum 8 vehicles allowed • Parking available on driveway and parking pad The HOA does not allow street parking. Large vehicles, trailers, and boats cannot be parked at the home, but nearby trailer parking options are available for a small nightly fee. Unlike most vacation rentals: ✔ Check-in anytime after 12 PM ✔ Check-out at 2 PM This gives you nearly a full extra day to enjoy your vacation. Because these are our standard times, we cannot offer additional early or late options. House Rules To protect the home and ensure a great experience for all guests: • No pets (due to severe allergies) • No smoking inside or on decks/porches • No parties or events • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM Cleaning & Checkout Our cleaning fee covers: • Professional cleaning • Linen laundering • Sanitizing the home for incoming guests Cleaning fees do not cover excessive garbage left in the home. Please be courteous and pick up trash. Before checkout we simply ask guests to: • Start dishwashers with dirty dishes • Take trash to the community dumpsters **It is important not to leave trash outside, even in bags. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, total of 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms including 3 newly finished bedrooms and 2 new bathrooms in the basement. Other things to note Raspberry Sunrise has two exterior recording security cameras. These cameras face the driveway and parking area to the entry of the home. They do not view or record any interior areas of the home or the hot tub or swings on the lake facing porch. There are also 2 motion activated lights to assist in entering and existing the home in the dark. These lights no not include cameras of any kind.
