This 2BR/2BA, in The Village of Lynnhaven, is 7.2 miles to Brownwood Square & 3.7 miles to Lake Sumter Landing, 2.5 miles to Palmer Legends Country Club. Minutes from multiple pools and golf courses. - Master bedroom with King bed, 2 walk-in closets & ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower - 1 queen bedrooms with massage function - Guest bathroom (shower/tub combo) - Fully equipped kitchen - Dining area (seats 4) - Screened-in lanai with plenty of seating - Laundry Rm - Washer & Dryer Other things to note - Room to park one car in garage and additional 2 cars in driveway Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.) Door Code Provided 48 hours before check-in date Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickle ball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests. Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; And Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages. Smoking: No smoking or vaping on the premises. Violation will result in a $250 charge per incidence of smoking or vaping in/on the property, and your stay will be terminated. Pets: We do not allow pets at this property. Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these. Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem. The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.
